Portal on top of the first Crow’s Map. You can try earlier but, I had capped my dex at 55 + I have 14 dex robe, 10 Str Cape, Green Bamboo. With all that I had 83 accuracy total with sniper pots and as of Level 44 I still miss then a tiny bit. I recommend when you have around 90 accuracy
